Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Rose + Ev! We know that you're going to love our products and can't wait to get them to you. We currently ship within the USA but hope to offer international shipping soon!

In-stock items will take 1 to 2 business days to ship out after we receive your order. We know you're anxious to receive your items so we're going to do our best to get them out as soon as possible but we cannot control matters once they are dropped off at the postal service. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery to be safe.

Pre-sale items will indicate in the product description the lead time necessary for you to be able to expect to see your shipment. If you feel your item is taking longer than to be expected please send us an email at RoseEvClothing@gmail.com

Shipping is a flat rate of $5 for all orders. We offer FREE domestic shipping within the United States if your order is $75 or more, so be sure to make that selection at checkout if applicable!

We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. Please contact us prior to your order if you would like to purchase additional insurance.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense.
